When your Asus laptop dead and won't turned ON you follow this steps :
1. Ensure that the carer working well, or the battery not empty. You can use the multitester to do this, check the output of the charger and ensure that you see 19V there.
2. If you sure that the charger is well, unplug the battery and leave the laptop without the battery for about 10 minutes. And after that, plug the charger and try to press the power button, press and hold if not working.
3. If the laptop still not working, you need to disassemble the laptop case and find the cmos battery. Unplug the cmos battery, leave the laptop without the cmos battery for about 5 minutes and after that please try to turn ON the laptop.
4. If the laptop still not working, you need to check the 19V at the DC jack port of the motherboard of the laptop when the charger plugged. If no 19V there, this mean the laptop have short circuit and need a professional technician to fix this. But if there is 19V, but the laptop not working, you need to find 3V and 5V, and this need a professional technician too.
5. If until step 2 above the laptop working but the screen show nothing or called black screen, you need to try to replace the RAM with the other RAM that in normal condition. If still no display, you need to check the several voltage level after the laptop turned ON : VCore (processor voltage), VCC-Gfx (VGA voltage) or Vgfx, and RAM voltage.
