This is the trivial problem, the BenQ dlp projector won't turn off but this will make us confused. Usually, to turn off the projector we just need to press the power button twice, but if this actions not successful and the projector still working after this so you must reset all the option to the factory reset.
To reset the projector find on the Menu option.
