This is often happen on the personal computer that is rarely used where the power indicator lit ON but nothing in the screen ( black screen ).
If you meet this problems you can try to follow the following steps :
1. Unplug the power cable
2. Open the case ( to access the motherboard )
3. Release or unplug the memory (RAM)
4. Pug again the memory RAM
5. Try to turn ON the PC, if still fail please to clean the RAM slot using the brush and try again.
6. If still fail, unplug the CMOS battery and wait for about 5 minutes before turning ON the PC
With the steps above you will make the PC work again as it should be, but if the PC still not working you need the electronics basic knowledge to continue analyze process to find the trouble source.
