You need 2 software to turn ON the Wifi or wireless device of the Toshiba satellite L645 laptop, this are : Wireless driver software and Toshiba Value Added Package software. For downloading these software please use the following links.
Realtek Wireless driver, or if your laptop using Atheros type of the Wireless please use this link
Value Added Package
First step is install the Wireless driver according the type of the wireless of your L645 laptop, and after that is install the Value added package driver software. Wireless driver will enable the wireless device and the Value Added Package working as switch to turn ON Wifi and turn OFF it. Also, WIth the Value Added Package you can turn ON other device include bluetooth, touchpad, increase the screen brightness or Audio Volume.
This software is viewing the Fn keys status on the screen so we will know status of all input devices that can be controlled by Fn keys of the keyboard.
