When your Dell Vostro 1510 Laptop can not turn on immediatelly, but you sure that laptop in normall condition before. Please unplug Cmos battery ( Coin-cell battery ) before you do anything or before give your laptop to laptop service center. To unplug Cmos battery of your laptop please follow the following steps.
1. Remove the hard drive
2. Remove the WLAN card
3. Remove the fan
4. Remove the hinge cover
5. Remove the keyboard
6. Remove the display assembly
7. Remove the palm rest
8. Remove the optical drive
9. Remove the system board
10. Disconnect the coin-cell battery cable connector from the system board.
11. Lift the coin-cell battery from the system board.
After done all above steps, let the laptop idle for about 15 minutes, and plug again after that. And try to turn ON you Dell laptop. To update BIOS for this Laptop please visit here. And for download free driver please visit here]
